TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read everything thoroughly

When you are commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.I only take USD (PayPal and Cashapp)I have every right to decline your commission.I expect full payment before I begin, this is so I avoid scams.
Do NOT leave me on read/ghosted when given information for payment. It will result to blacklisting. If you don’t want to go through with payment, JUST SAY SO.
I do NOT do refunds once I begin your commission.Please link/send a full high resolution image/file of your character to me. I recommend digital ref sheet.Please tell me how you would like the commission to be/what you would like in it. (Theme, expression, pose)
Remember, I cannot make it exactly how you picture it, but I will do my best.Please do not rush, nag, or beg. I need time to work on the piece. I have responsibilities and tasks just as other humans do, please respect that.
I will send you updates and progress on the commission.
It may take up to a couple days, a couple weeks, or maybe even a couple months. There is no exact date on when I will finish it. And you may politely ask for updates.When I begin the commission, I will send you a sketch on how it may look, you may ask for adjustments and/or changes.
Once I line and color, you may ask for small changes, nothing to heavy.Once completed, I will send you the full quality finished piece (for best high quality, email or discord is recommended)My watermark is REQUIRED to stay on the drawing. I will make it smaller for personal use, such as profile pictures, but only for yourself, not anyone else.Do NOT what so ever copy, trace, steal, claim my work, or anything related to those. Do NOT repost my work UNLESS you are PROPERLY crediting me.Do NOT use my art as an NFT, do NOT put it in an NFT do NOT sell it as an NFT.
Do NOT use my art in AI in any form.If you cannot meet any of the following, then do not commission me.

Character and Custom Design TOS

Everything above still applies to custom commissions.Please have a detailed description, a color palette, and/or moodboard(s). This will make it easier for me to know what you want.I will send updates and progress on the custom commission. You may ask for adjustments and changes (nothing too heavy).When owning any of my designs:
If any rules are broken/not followed you will be blacklisted. When you are blacklisted, you can not obtain any other character and/or art by me.By obtaining ANY of my designs you are agreeing to these terms. Most of these rules are common sense.Do not sell a design for more than you paid unless there is extra art.Please price fairly and don't overprice a design.Do not edit over my artwork.
If you did not draw it then DO NOT remove/edit/color over/change hue any part of it. If you want something changed PLEASE message me and ask, I'll be happy to change it for you.Give credit on designs/art.
I spent a long time making every design I make, please give PROPER credit when it is due.Change anything you want on the design it's self, but please credit me for the original.
Once bought the design is yours please change any part of it you like/don't like.

Bases TOS

When you buy any of my bases, you will be sent the high quality PNG base with a smaller watermarkYou can use it how ever many times as you want. There is no limit.You can edit it, change it to how ever you like, use it for adopts, or your OCs, I don’t really care,
but you are REQUIRED to keep my watermark on it, and credit me for the original base/lines PROPERLYYou are NOT aloud to let anyone use the base, except yourself cause YOU are the one who payed for it, NOT another person/ friend.If I catch you doing this, I will make a blacklist, and you will be the first of few and you will never be aloud to use the base, commission me, enter any events hosted by me, and more. .

DNI

Do NOT interact with me or own any of my shit if you're a Pedophile and/or Zoophile or just any other bad yucky stuff, please genuinely FUCK OFF I don't want you near me.
